We are confident in the science behind PAXA Solo. But we also know every dog — and every owner — is different. If the workbook is not the right fit for your situation, we do not keep your money.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason or no reason at all.

We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request. The refund is issued via Gumroad back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
PAXA Solo is a digital product supplied by immediate download. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content is waived upon download.
Our 30-day guarantee is a voluntary commercial commitment that exceeds your statutory rights. It does not affect any other statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Upon refund, your licence to use PAXA Solo is revoked. You are asked to delete all copies of the PDF from your devices. We trust our customers to do this in good faith.
All purchases of PAXA Solo are eligible for a refund under this policy within the 30-day window. There are no exceptions based on how much of the workbook you have completed.
